Leading the kitchen is chef Tommaso Santaniello, who offers the best of the territory in a modern key through a fusion with tastes and scents from all around the world.
Dishes with distinct and precise flavors, enhanced by elegant presentations, in which his inclination to modernity and his love for his homeland can be fully breathed.
Talented, passionate, creative and innovative, born in 1987, he landed at Terrazza Celè in the height of his maturity.
After having enriched his knowledge at the Gualtiero Marchesi Academy and other cooking schools to delve into the techniques of Zen Cuisine, French Cuisine and Campanian Cuisine, he built his 20-year journey first in Sardinia, then in the kitchens of luxury hotels on the coast and Capri, then again in London and Switzerland, where he gained recognition from Guide Schweiz Gault Millau.
His love for his land finally brought him back to Campania, in the role of Chef de cuisine until he began his
adventure at the helm of “Terrazza Celè” at the Hotel Marincanto.
